Problem

If you are tired of scope creep, feast/famine leads and sales, chaotic projects, vendor fires and money stress – you are not alone. Your talent isn’t the problem. Your systems need elevating.

Promise

I won’t try to turn you into someone you’re not. We’ll build structure that supports your creativity, protects your time and pays you well.

I’ve worked alongside interior designers, contractors, and tradespeople during the almost 25 years of running my business in designing window coverings.

I believe that when creativity is backed by strong strategies, personal alignment and a hunger to learn what you don’t know yet, great businesses can truly thrive. My goal is to help you build your business to feel more organized, more aligned, and more profitable — so you can spend less time overwhelmed by the business side and
more time doing the creative work you do best.

I understand how creative service businesses run day to day — the lingo, the client journey, lead generation, buying patterns, sales conversations, follow-up process, scheduling realities, vendor relationships and the many moving parts it takes to create strong client experiences. It’s the constant balancing act between creativity, service, and profitability.

My other business is Divine Window Decor

To aspire or realize, that is the question

Because when the business side gets stronger, everything else has more room to grow.

What does your next level of greatness look like?

"From our very first conversation, I felt truly heard, supported, and encouraged to push past my own limitations."

Working with Debbie has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my business and personal growth. From our very first conversation, I felt truly heard, supported, and encouraged to push past my own limitations. Debbie took the time to understand not just my business, but me—my strengths, my challenges, and my goals.

What stands out most is that Debbie didn’t just offer generic advice. Instead, she broke everything down into manageable, actionable steps, which made each session incredibly productive. After every meeting, I left with a clear direction and renewed confidence about the next steps.

On top of her expertise, Debbie is just so easy to talk to. She created a safe and welcoming space where I felt comfortable being vulnerable about what wasn’t working, and she always offered practical, realistic solutions. Thanks to her guidance, I now have more clarity and confidence in my decisions—both professionally and personally.

If you’re looking for a business coach who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your success, Debbie is the coach for you. It’s an investment that has truly paid off!”

"Her insight on those questions was very helpful."

We discussed a business idea of real estate Remodels that I am working on. I had several challenges I was looking for help with. Like how the dividends should be split between the property holder and I once we rent it out.
Her insight on those questions was very helpful. I learned that it’s my hard earned cash that I am investing. So I should ensure that I guard my investment at all cost. Giving them a return from the investment they made with this project. All this should be discussed and agreed upon with the property owner beforehand to avoid conflict of interest.

"She advised that I give offers to referrals and try to build my business on referrals. A client that comes from referrals is easier to deal with and more willing to trust and buy from me."

The interaction with Coach Debbie was very helpful to me. I got to open up to her about the actual situation in my business and the challenges I am facing. She advised me to focus on the current clients that I have to lead me to others.

This lowered my pressure about getting more clients in the shortened time I had, and to focus on making the ones I have satisfied and so they will lead me to the others.

She advised that I give offers to referrals and try to build my business on referrals. A client that comes from referrals is easier to deal with and more willing to trust and buy from me.

Business is about relationships. So, I should intentionally build relationships with all clients. Am working on this currently.
She also reminded me to trust God. Which is key to successful business.

"She talked about training for the employees teaching them my standards in order to help them do their job better. I believe my business is going to flourish."

I want to take this opportunity to thank Debbie for the time spent talking to me when she visited my Business . As a business owner sometimes you face challenges and you literally don’t know what to do. Personally, I had questions like How do I make my employees do what exactly I want them to do? Debbie explained it very well. She talked about training for the employees teaching them my standards in order to help them do their job better. I believe my business is going to flourish. Thanks Coach Debbie for the good work may God bless you.

She talked about not being afraid to fail because failure will always be there in one way or the other.

My encounter with Coach Debbie was serendipitous. She shared wisdom in areas I was struggling with. One of them is handling business finances and why it was important to keep abreast with them.

She visited my space where I create my products. She gave feedback about my packaging and because of that I changed my packaging to one that is more sustainable for the business.

She shared a lot about pivoting and how that has helped her stay afloat in her businesses. I have looked into my journey with my business and all the incidences that helped me to pivot.

She talked about not being afraid to fail because failure will always be there in one way or the other. How I deal with that failure is what truly matters. She said to use failure as a stepping stone and to help me pivot for the better of the business.

One thing that really stood out for me is to always educate people about my product. The more people know about my product, the more I will build trust.
